The Pelican Resort

The first big trip that my wife and I took in the early stages of our relationship was to Italy. The food, the language, the buildings. It is arguably the greatest place on Earth. During our trip, we took a few days to check out part of Sardinia. And what a great fucking choice that was.

We stayed at Pelican Beach Resort, which is adults only. Important to note, because after checking in and walking to the beach area, you see sun-bathers in full European mode: tits out, as nature intended. 

I remember my wife suggesting topless sun-bathing in the Mediterranean sunshine and me just scoffing at the idea. How pathetic of me. 

All that to say, it’s strictly adult only – quiet, relaxing, and great for parents looking to escape.

The hotel had a great room for us, just steps from the beach. They obliged our continuous orders of tequila shots, even though it was clear this was not a common request heard for them. The restaurant on site was good, including a great morning buffet. 

They also handle any adventures you may want to partake in, including renting and almost destroying a personal boat they just let you cruise into open waters with. There’s a bar nearby on the beach and a nice restaurant within walking distance.

I intend to buy a home in this area at some point in my life, but I’ll stay at Pelican Beach Resort while hunting it out. First, because it’s a great hotel. But second, and most important, so I can convince my wife to sun-bathe. Tits out.
